911 Strategic Planning Process
The 911 State Office is facilitating the development of a new Strategic Plan to guide Washington's 911 system from 2025 onward. This plan will build on past efforts to ensure the system remains responsive, effective and ready to adapt to emerging needs.
The Strategic Plan will outline a clear vision for the future and identify priorities for improvement. Designed with action in mind, it will also include tools for implementation, monitoring and reporting progress.
