911 Strategic Planning Process
In 2025, the State 911 Office partnered with the 911 Advisory Committee and the Washington APCO-NENA chapter to develop an encompassing 911 Strategic Plan. This included interviews, focus groups, work sessions and lots and lots of input from the 911 community to complete. The result is a Strategic Plan that reflects the needs and interests of the community as a whole. Designed with implementation at the forefront, it is intended to be monitored and worked on regularly across the ten year period it reflects.
