MISSION STATEMENT

Federal Mission: On order, 1-303rd Cavalry conducts reconnaissance, security, and stability operations in order to enable the 96th Troop Command  to seize, retain, and exploit positions of advantage in sustained land operations to protect U.S. national interests.

State: On order of the Governor, the 1-303rd Cavalry conducts domestic support operations, as part of 96th Troop Command or a designated State entity in order to support State and local agencies with response to civil unrest or natural disasters.
